The following constitute the terms of Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") between you and Campus Cash, LLC (referred to as "Campus Cash" the "Company," "we," "our" or "us") with respect to your use of this web site at www.GetCampusCash.com ("Site"). The Company operates this Site as an online marketplace whereby local businesses can market their business information, events, bar specials, coupons, job opportunities and other promotional discount offerings of their products and services to you and others. The Site contains, among other things, text, surveys, audio-visual works, communications, content, information, communications, postings, editorial, samples, materials, products, services, logos, graphics, sounds, images, data, services, and the underlying intellectual property rights thereto (collectively the "Content").

By using, accessing, or downloading any Content from this Site or otherwise using the site, you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site, use or download Content from this Site or otherwise use any of the solutions in The Campus Cash Network (including the Site, Email and Mobile deals from Campus Cash). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and without prior notice to you. Your use of the Site following such modification or update constitutes your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as changed or modified. We encourage you to read through and review these Terms and Conditions each time you access the Site.

The Campus Cash Network

Campus Cash is a digital network that connects college students and community members to local businesses information, deals, promotions and events through the Site and Email and Mobile Solutions.  All Campus Cash Solutions are to be considered Our Network ("Network").  Our objective is to create a network where college students and community members can go to the Site and get local information 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You understand that, although the Internet is often a secure environment, sometimes there are interruptions in service or events that are beyond the control of Campus Cash. We shall not be responsible for any data lost while transmitting information on the Internet.  You acknowledge and understand that due to circumstances both within and outside of the control of Campus Cash, access to our Network may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time.  Campus Cash has the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the Network, including but not limited to, content, availability and equipment needed. Your permission to use Campus Cash is conditioned upon the your agreement that you are at least 18 years old. If you are at least 13 years old buy not yet 18, you may use the Site in conjunction with your parent or guardian who agrees to the Terms and Conditions.  Do not copy or distribute any part of Campus Cash without Campus Cash's prior written authorization. 

Campus Cash Usage:

The following rules shall govern your conduct regarding the usage of our Network. We reserve the right to deny you access to any and all ports of this Site or the Network and terminate your account, for any reason or no reason, and at our sole discretion. We ask that you do not:

• Attempt to gain access to secured portions of the Site or Network to which you do not have access rights;
• use harmful code. Upload or transmit any form of virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other malicious code;
• Use any automatic or manual process to search or harvest information from the Site or Network;
• Impersonate another person;
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or Network;
• Promote any illegal activities, upload and pornographic or illegal substance images, or post any graphic and inappropriate words and/ or defamation;
• Use the Network to spam or generate unsolicited advertisements

CAMPUS CASH ACCOUNTS

To purchase a deal you will need to create an account with Campus Cash, either directly with Campus Cash or by allowing a Campus Cash application to connect you through your Facebook profile. Campus Cash relies on User IDs to confirm that users of the Site are authorized to do so. When creating an account with Campus Cash you agree to provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for your account and all information and activity that occurs while signed in to or while using Campus Cash. You will be given a unique log-in user ID to keep your account secure. If you notice your User ID is being used without consent please notify Campus Cash immediately.

Campus Cash Business Accounts

You will not post Content that is copyrighted or subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy, publicity, trade secret, etc., unless you are the owner of such rights or have the appropriate permission from their rightful owner to specifically submit such content on Campus Cash. Please note, Content on the Site was is not necessarily posted by Campus Cash. The Company does not and cannot review all Content on the Site.

Campus Deals

Campus Cash allows you to purchase vouchers from featured Businesses ("Businesses" or “Business”) on the Site offering discounted products, services and promotions (the "Discounted Offer").  The Businesses Discounted Offer may contain conditions required for the transaction to be effective.  Buy purchasing a voucher you are committing to purchase the Vouchers on the terms specified and that such commitment is not cancelable.  Your credit card will be automatically charged for the stated price on the Discounted Offer. Vouchers will be sent to you electronically with a specific redemption code which must be printed and returned to the Business for redemption.  Once a redemption code is used by you, or if it expires as per the terms of the Discounted Offer, it will no longer be valid.

1. Accounts: We require you to create an account with Campus Cash when purchasing a deal. We do this to collect information to allow you to pay for your Deals and provide you with easy access to print your deals and easy check out for future purchased deals.
2. Basic Terms: Unless stated in the Voucher or required by law, the following additional terms apply to all Vouchers:
   • Vouchers do not include taxes
   • Vouchers cannot be used for taxes, tips, prior balances, shipping or handling
   • No Cash Value for any voucher
   • No cash back will be issued for partial redemption of the paid portion of a voucher, except as required by law, or unless noted in the voucher
   • Neither Campus Cash or the Business is responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers
   • Use of a Voucher for alcoholic drinks is at the sole discretion of the Business, Which may be limited by applicable state or provincial law, unless otherwise noted in the voucher
   • Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons unless noted in the terms of the Campus Deal
3. Refunds: Campus Cash will refund the purchase price paid by you for any non used Campus Deal within five days or purchasing. After five days we do not provide refunds.
4. Business Responsibility: Campus Cash and our Network is a marketing service that acts as an agent in promoting local business information and selling Vouchers on behalf of the Business. Campus Cash shall not be held responsible for the promotional offers made by the Business. The Business is the issuer of the Voucher and as the issuer, the Business shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in party by the Business or its products and services, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed or partially redeemed Vouchers. Campus Cash makes no warranties or endorsement of the Businesses or their respective promotional offers and is solely acting as a marketing service. Choosing to buy and/ or redeem the voucher is at your sole risk.

Privacy

Please note that all discussions by users of the Site and information on the Network and other message or communication facilities are public communications, Collectively "Network" or "Networks" and therefore, others may read these posts and discussions without knowing that Campus Cash does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found on Communities. Campus Cash specifically disclaims any liability concerning the information on the Communities. By posting information on the Site or Networks you give Campus Cash the right to use such comments, messages or other information for Campus Cash promotions, advertising, market research and any other lawful purpose without limitation.

Disclaimer

Campus Cash and its Network is provided “As Is” without any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, all implied warranties that the site and services are merchantable, or satisfactory quality, accurate, timely, fit for a particular purpose or need. We do not guarantee that Campus Cash will be error-free, reliable or without interruption. . We do not guarantee timeliness, validity, completeness or accuracy of content.

Monitoring:

Campus Cash has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Networks. Campus Cash also has the right, but not obligation, to remove any material that Campus Cash, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Campus Cash, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, partners, advertisers and suppliers (the “The Protected Parties”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from (a) provision of Unsolicited Information or User Published Content by you, or (b) your use of the Content, the Site and Network. (c) your breach of Terms and Conditions by you or any person accessing the Network with your account.

Intellectual Property:

You acknowledge that this Site contains information, graphics and other material (collectively, “Content”) that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. You may not modify, publish, copy, transmit, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works based upon, or in any way exploit the Content. You may download Content from this Site for your personal use only, provided you follow all Terms and Conditions. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or jeopardize the correct functioning of the Site or Services, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Network, including the tools, methods, processes, and infrastructure, that enables or underlies the Network.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that none of The Protected Parties shall have any liability to you under any theory or liability or indemnity in connection with your use of the Network. You hereby release and forever waive any and all claims you may have against the protected parties, including but not limited to claims based upon the negligence of any of The Protected Parties, for losses or damages you sustain in connection with your usage of the Network.

Third Party Content:

Campus Cash has no editorial control over content published by Businesses and Site Users, “Third Parties”. Any opinions, information and offers made available by Third Parties are not necessarily the views of Campus Cash. Campus Cash also links to Third Parties websites maintained by other providers. These links are not endorsed by Campus Cash.

Miscellaneous:

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regarding provisions relating to conflicts of law. You understand that any legal action between you and Campus Cash concerning these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cleveland, Ohio. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and Campus Cash with respect to usage of the Network. We may assign our rights and duties under these Terms and Conditions to any party at any time without notice to you.
